3. Prices and payment :
   • Prices for travel services are determined at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
   • Payment for travel services must be made in full on the booking date or according to a schedule agreed with the travel agency.
   • In the event of cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees may apply.
   • In the event of cancellation by the travel agency, the customer receives a full refund.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction :
